Without wasting time lets go straight to how it works:
1. Sms GM to 2200 you will receive the message "Congratulations! Your 7 days free trial of Game+ has been activated & you have 150MB FREE data for the service. Dial *559# to check your data balance. Visit game.mtnonline.com for more games."
2. Go to your phone settings:
....APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
....proxy: 127.0.0.1

3. Do you still have psiphon on your phone?  If no,  then download psiphon from:

psiphon-pro-lite-handler.
4. After installation of your psiphon, then configure it as follows :
....tick remove port
.....proxy type : dual real host
....custom header: host:game.mtnonline.com
....proxy server: game.mtnonline
...real proxy type: inject
Port: 8080
Tjen click on save
......now select United state
.....click on more option
.....click on connect through an HTTP proxy
....tick use the following settings
 Host address : 10.199.212.2
Port: 8080
...click the back button and click on connect
