To overcome the problem of slow network while watching video online, you can download the video and watch it offline.
To download from youtube you need tubemate (youtube downloader application). to get application click HERE install and launch the application

-tap on the green arrow on the top of your selected video
-now wait for available resolution to show
- tap on the choosen resolution
-now tap the green arrow below the resolution options
-immediately your download will start...thats all
